Richard Lloyd
I offer a personal, bespoke service covering all areas of residential and commercial property law, as well as landlord and tenant matters. I particularly love seeing the smile on clients’ faces when they move into their new home.
Having graduated from university in South Wales in 1999, I completed my LPC in 2000 and went to work for Eversheds in Cardiff dealing with commercial property and PFI. I then moved to Burroughs Day in Bristol dealing with residential and commercial property and qualified as a solicitor in 2003.
I moved to London in 2004 to head the property department in a boutique City property firm, before moving to Guernsey in 2008 where I dealt with local commercial property and UK based residential & commercial property for HNW and Trust corporation clients. I returned to the UK mainland and joined Tanners in 2013.
I have a young family of four children who keep me very busy with all of their various activities. However, I still find the time to get involved in sport myself, mainly rugby, being a qualified RFU coach. I also enjoy spending time outdoors through walking and camping.
