I act for individuals and businesses of all sizes in relation to a wide range of commercial transactions and issues including the buying and selling of businesses, partnership and shareholder matters, employment issues, as well as general commercial contracts.

Adopting a down to earth approach, I aim to find practical and realistic solutions that meet my clients’ objectives without becoming bogged down in legal complexities.

I moved to the beautiful Cotswolds and joined Tanners in 1993, where I enjoy both the quality of life and quality of work.

Away from the office I am actively involved in a number of local community and charitable organisations and love to spend time walking in the mountains or whiling away fruitless hours casting flies at seemingly non-existent fish.
