Elizabeth Gedye
I handle all types of property and employment law disputes, providing clear advice so clients can resolve their conflicts quickly and cost-effectively. My expertise includes mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as extensive experience in court proceedings.
Having gained experience working at a solicitors’ firm while studying Business Law at university, I moved to Wiltshire to start my training contract and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. Specialising in civil litigation and employment law, I have gained experience at every level, from the County and High Courts to Employment Tribunals and the European Court of Human Rights.
In 2009, I joined a national firm in Bristol, where I spent 7 years specialising in property disputes involving the civil Courts and the Property Tribunal. I joined Tanners in 2016 working on a wide variety of property related matters, as well as supporting the employment law team.
My free time is spent chasing around after my two teenage sons, renovating our family home, entertaining friends and running.
