Edward Scott

I lead a team which deals with all aspects of both freehold and leasehold residential property, including sales, purchases and remortgages, along with having a particular personal interest in leasehold property and enfranchisement. I also deal with commercial acquisitions, disposals and leases.

I have a particularly strong background in leasehold and shared ownership property in London, accrued acting for a national developer client. I take pride in finding creative solutions to problems and working to tight deadlines where required.

Outside of work I tend to be mostly occupied by my two young children or entertaining our Labrador, but when time permits I try to fit in some badminton, attempts at golf or the occasional sailing trip.
