We will store your personal information at our office at our places of business (with external back-ups as advised by our IT specialists) and by submitting your information, you consent to the storing of it.  We will take all steps reasonably expected of us to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.

Using the internet to collect and process personal information of visitors to our website involves the transmission of information.  By browsing our website and if you communicate electronically with us you acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal information in this way.  Transmitting information across the internet is not always secure and although we will do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of it as transmitted to or via this website.  Any transmission of information in connection with our website is at your own risk.

If you would like to see the personal information that we hold about you then please write to us at Lancaster House Thomas Street Cirencester GL7 2AX enclosing a fee of £12 including VAT.  This fee covers our costs in verifying your identity and providing you with the information that we hold about you.
