SolicitorOn leaving school my ambition was to become a solicitor, but instead of going to university, I decided to take a different route from some of my peers. I joined a law firm as a trainee and undertook my studies at night school.
I qualified in September 2012 as a chartered legal executive and September 2015 as a solicitor. Training in this way definitely had its challenges, but it has enabled me to experience how the law works in practice – a difficult skill to learn just from a textbook!
I have always worked in the Cotswolds and was pleased to join Tanners in 2013. Whilst initially from a private client background, I am enjoying the challenges and complexities residential conveyancing has to offer and perhaps more importantly, guiding clients towards a swift and successful transaction.
