Chartered Legal ExecutiveHaving come to the law later in life, after initially starting a career in the Foreign Office, I advise on probate, wills and trust matters. I specialise in the administration of estates, and aim to provide clear and measured advice in an approachable and helpful manner.
A first class honours degree in classical studies and a qualification with the International Association of Book-keepers required an eye for detail and accuracy well suited to legal work. Acting as attorney for various family members has provided firsthand experience of the Court of Protection and an insight into the sensitive nature of handling failing capacity and bereavement.
Through studying in France, I have gained a good knowledge of working French. I have also worked in London, Italy and Germany, and have developed an understanding of different cultures and also the complexities of living abroad.
For relaxation, I enjoy my family, French and English literature, country life, good wine and cooking.
